HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

Our packages are thoughtfully created to suit different needs, styles, and celebrations—while still allowing flexibility to personalize your experience.

We Will Contact You

After filling out and submitting the form, our team will assist you in selecting the best option for your needs. Once you’ve decided on a suitable package, an advance payment of 25,000 LKR must be deposited into our bank account. Please note that this payment is non-refundable. Upon confirmation of the payment, we will send you an invoice and finalize your booking in our schedule.

3. Payments

We offer a simple payment method

  1. An initial advance payment (date reservation),
  2. Followed by 80% of the remaining balance.(before the event)
  3. The final payment will be collected upon confirmation of the album layout, as we aim to complete the album process within 3 months.

Terms & Conditions

Payments

  • All tentative bookings are only valid for a period of 7 days. If the booking is not confirmed within this period, we will consider it cancelled and will release the date for other inquiries
  • Changes to reservation dates made at least 6 months prior to the reserved date will be free of charge. However, sudden date changes due to unavoidable reasons will be subject to availability and require further discussion with our founder.

Transportation and accommodation

For all outstation locations, a transportation cost will be charged in addition to the package you have selected. The exact charge will be provided one week prior to the function, as fuel prices can fluctuate unpredictably.
You have the option to cover the accommodation charges directly, or we can inform you of the details, allowing you to pay the accommodation provider directly. Alternatively, if these options do not work, the accommodation charge will be added to your package. You may also discuss this with the founder for a more suitable arrangement

Things to be provided at the function

The photography crew will need a table, which can be shared with the videography crew and the wedding planner, excluding the band.

Agenda & time frame

A complete agenda for the function should be provided one week prior to the event to avoid any conflicts that may affect the smooth flow of the function. Additionally, if the function is expected to exceed the allocated time frame for a particular package, this should also be communicated along with the agenda.
